Quality Control / Quality Assurance

We ensure your project is completed with the material and application as per your design and specifications. Our QC/QA team will confirm the quality of the installation which will not only meet industry standards, but also our standards. Our program complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard.    

Upon successful completion of your project, a comprehensive turn over package will be submitted to you which will include the following documents:

• Marked up drawings
• ITP documents
• Insulation check list
• Copy of completed punch list
• Trade Inspection Report

This program ensures that our trained confident craftsman are completing the installation of materials as per specification and manufactures recommendations. Our mentorship program provides training to educate apprentices in proper applications and techniques to comply with industry standards.

As we are an advocate for all our employees to further there knowledge, we encourage all apprentices to become a ticketed Red Seal Journeyman at NAIT/SAIT.
